RE: Tidal Wetlands License No. 13-0338
The application of Dominion Cove Point, LNG, LP to construct a temporary pier and mooring piles for barge and storage operations on the Patuxent River southwest of the Thomas Johnson Bridge (Maryland Route 2-4) in Calvert County is tentatively scheduled to be presented to the Board of Public Works at its regular meeting on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
The Board will begin its regular meeting (including a general-obligation bond sale) at 10 a.m. in the Assembly Room of the Treasury building in Annapolis. I anticipate that the Board will complete all meeting business other than the Dominion Cove Point application by mid-day at which point we will suspend the meeting for a short break for relocation.
The Board will then reconvene its meeting to consider the Dominion Cove Point application:
