BPW Advisory 2004-1 Naming State Buildings and Capital Improvements

​​Purpose: To restate Board of Public Works policy for naming State buildings and capital improvements.
 
Policy: Before naming or renaming any State building or capital improvement, a State agency shall propose the name to the Board of Public Works. The proposed name is subject to final approval from the Board of Public Works.
 
Authority: The Board of Public Works adopted this policy at its January 4, 1961 meeting.
